I would hope that God would bring you people that have skills and abilities that you do not have. It is not about having to know everything or even being the best at everything. It is about being able to lead and giving people hope and direction.

This very transformation is what the apostle will face time and time again during the preparation and training for his calling. The apostle is one who begins as a Private in the army and is made to work his way up the ranks to take his place as a General.

In the passage that follows, I will be going into more detail in each of these points. For now though, write down each point and apply it to your life. They will help you set your course straight for the journey ahead.
