These words are for you today! Don’t downplay your process - it brought you to this place today. The affliction you faced drew you closer to the Lord. It removed the dross to qualify you to walk out your call.
So, when the enemy tries to tear you down. Stand in the knowledge that the Lord finds His Best soldiers out of the highlands of affliction!

When Jesus became your Lord, you became a target! Thankfully the Lord gave us weapons to fight. But what are the rules of engagement?
Our adversaries' tactics are to cheat, lie, and bend the rules for his good. Today I will give you 3 pointers to use in your times of spiritual warfare to see results.
1. Stand in Jesus
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13
Jesus shifted your position from offense to defense. All you need to do is stand!
Don't fight from a place of insecurity. Jesus already won every spiritual battle on Calvary. You only need to stand and defend what is yours in His name.
As Jesus's inheritance, His conquest over satan made you more than a conquer. (Romans 8:37 – 39)
2. Stand in the Name
My family took church growth literally! My youngest daughter, Rebekah is pregnant and due in September.
Like all grandparents, Colette and I have been anxious to know the gender of our grandchild. The suspense is over! We found out that little Atticus Kai Beckering is on his way. Yup, the Lord blessed us with a grandson! I am not sure if I should be excited that we know the gender? Or worry about Colette's mission to stock the nursery before his arrival? Either way, I cannot wait to have this little boy in my arms.
Speaking of that, I only have two arms! What advice do you on holding more than two grandkids at once? I value your wisdom. We have a few months to figure this dilemma out. With your help, I know we got this!

Don’t pray in your own authority. It will give you limited success. Stand in the Name. When you rebuke satan in the name of Jesus, you stand positioned. You have the power of Heaven at your back.
3. Keep Your Focus
No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. 2 Timothy 2:4 -5
While in spiritual warfare, remember to keep focused!
Distractions are satan’s way of getting the upper hand. Don’t fall for his trickery. Every troubling thought needs to come into the obedience of Jesus (2 Corinthians 10:5). With your mind clear, push through to victory!

Apply these points to maximize your spiritual warfare. Your maturity or condition does not matter. Are you a blood-bought Child of God? Then you are ready to go!
