4 Signs You Are A Solomon Apostle
When I was a child, it was normal to see an animal sacrificed in my lounge.
My parents were animists. They visited shamans for healing and sacrificed farm animals for their service.
Hence, I'm a first-generation Christian - the only one born-again in my family.
When the Lord called me, He also took me out of a cursed lineage. Then He grafted me into a blessed heritage. He gave me spiritual parents that matched my call. Apostolic parents who reached nations.
I skipped the line. I walked into blessings I didn't work for. I ministered on an international platform I didn't build. I inherited favor. These are the benefits of a spiritual child.
Such is a Solomon Apostle - one who is a successor of another.
If you're a Solomon, you inherit resources, a pattern, and a team. So that you might build your spiritual father's blueprint.
To an outsider, it would seem you receive everything on a silver platter. But for a Solomon Apostle, you carry the burden of proof. Proof of your worth. Proof of your apostleship.
"Now the days of David drew near that he should die, and he charged Solomon his son, saying: “I go the way of all the earth; be strong, therefore, and prove yourself a man." - 1 Kings 2:1-2
Yet when you build your spiritual father's blueprint, wisdom flows. Grace is in your life. Cities are established. Gold is overlaid in the temple corridors.
Solomon never had to prove his call. God proved it, and He will prove yours too.
Here are 4 signs you are a Solomon Apostle:
Sign #1 You Are Nothing Like Your Spiritual Father
“But God said to me, ‘You shall not build a house for My name, because you have been a man of war and have shed blood.’”- 1 Chronicles 28: 3
“Now He said to me, ‘It is your son Solomon who shall build My house and My courts; for I have chosen him to be My son, and I will be his Father.” - 2 Chronicles 28: 6
God requires a different kind of man for the mandate He has for you. You must be different because your assignment does not look the same as his.
David was a man of war. Solomon was king in a time of peace, so that he may build.
David raised his mighty men. Solomon inherited those mighty men.
David was the people's conquering hero. Solomon took that conquered land and made the people into a great nation.
You're not like your spiritual father, and it's necessary. The baton you receive from him requires a different skill set for the road ahead.
Sign #2 You Are Given Resources
"Now for the house of my God, I have prepared with all my might: gold for things to be made of gold, silver for things of silver, bronze for things of bronze, iron for things of iron, wood for things of wood, onyx stones, stones to be set, glistening stones of various colors, all kinds of precious stones, and marble slabs in abundance." - 1 Chronicle 29:2
You're handed the blueprint, a team, platforms, and systems, so that you may build.
David conquered, but your job is to build. God doesn't need you to spend another 20 years to gain these resources. He needs you to build!
When God calls upon a Solomon for metrics, He will not ask how many mighty men you've trained. He will not ask what new land you've taken. He will call to account what you've built, according to the pattern given to you.
Sign #3 You Don't Get the Blueprint. You Build It!
"Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the vestibule, its houses, its treasuries, its upper chambers, its inner chambers, and the place of the mercy seat; and the plans for all that he had by the Spirit, of the courts of the house of the Lord, of all the chambers all around, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries for the dedicated things;" - 1 Chronicle 28: 11,12
A common myth about the apostolic is that every apostle gets his own blueprint from God.
False. One gets a pattern, and another builds it. As a Solomon, you will not climb the mountain to get the 10 commandments or the measurements of the temple.
You also don't care! Instead, it burns in you to take the pattern of your David and to next-level it, in design.
That doesn't mean you don't get downloads. Quite the opposite. You flow in wisdom and revelation. You not only build a temple - you make it the greatest temple the world has ever seen. This is your grace.
Sign #4 What You Build, Can Be Duplicated
"So Solomon rebuilt the city of Gezer. He also built up the towns of Lower Beth-horon, 18 Baalath, and Tamar in the wilderness within his land. 19 He built towns as supply centers and constructed towns where his chariots and horses could be stationed. He built everything he desired in Jerusalem and Lebanon and throughout his entire realm." - 1 Kings 9: 17 - 19
You duplicate David's pattern. You do it so well, to the point of the ability to replicate anywhere - across cultures, ages, classes, and statuses. Solomon built city after city, from the ground up. How to build a team? How to Start a Business? This is How you Operate a Ministry School. This is what it looks like.
You build the pattern, you glorify it, and you duplicate it. And then you repeat. You are a Solomon Apostle.
If you don't have the grace for spiritual parenting, don't do it. If you're not called to train mighty men, let it go. God didn't ask it of you. What He requires is for you to build.
